Deposit & Refund Policy

The males and females are $3000. We charge $1000 deposit down. The rest, including shipping costs if needed, is due before shipping. If we cannot deliver the kitten, the deposit is reserved until the next litter which is usually about 3-4 months, if all goes well. If that litter does not produce the kitten you want, then you are 100% refunded.We cannot guarantee, however, that the cats will have litters in that time span.

         Also, if you send the deposit you have 2 days after we receive it to change your mind and get a 100% refund. We know how some people are impulsive buyers. After the 2 days, the deposit is kept until the first, or second litter produces your kitten, which ever happens first. If there is no kitten by the second litter, you get it all back. If you choose to wait until the third litter, because we were not able to produce your cat, we will discount the price of the cat $200, on either sex.
       However, if you just change your mind, we will keep the deposit, since we have taken the kitten off of the market at your request, and had the expense of re-advertising.
         We will ship when the kitten is weaned and on canned food, at about eight weeks old. Of course, you have the option of purchasing a round trip airlines ticket and we will personally deliver the kitten to you, or we can meet you at the airport and deliver the kitten there for you to take back on the airplane. This is also a way for you to get the kitten at a younger age, and you can finish bottle feeding and increase the bonding time for you and your kitten.
         The fees you are expected to pay besides the price of the kitten, include the shipping which can range from $250, which include airfare, the cost of a shipping crate and health certificate. Your kitten will have been wormed, and have had its first shot when it leaves our facility. It will be your responsibility to continue the shot program and, very importantly, the worming program.

         We will not knowingly sell to anyone with children under 13. If you order a Serval and have children, you will jeopardize your deposit. Sorry, but we cannot ship to states that ban exotic animals, such as California, unless you have proof of a license or permit.
